We’re committed to getting your clean skincare to you quickly, safely, and sustainably. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1) Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM local warehouse time process the next business day.
  • Order edits/cancellations: We start packing fast. If you need to change or cancel, email support@foundoshop.com with your order number within 1 hour of placing the order. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is in fulfillment.

2) Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Domestic (Pakistan)

  • Standard: 2–4 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days (available in major cities)

International

  • Tracked Postal: 7–14 business days
  • Express Courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates once shipped and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.

3) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
  • Free domestic shipping on orders PKR 7,500+.
  • Free international shipping on orders USD 100+ to eligible countries.
  • Any promotional free-ship thresholds will be clearly shown at checkout.

4) Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

5) Address & Delivery Details

  • Please ensure your name, address, phone number, and postal code are correct.
  • We’re not responsible for deliveries lost due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.
  • Carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for Express options. Use a physical address.
  • If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product(s) minus original shipping.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees charged by your local authority.
  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to duties/taxes, we can refund the product(s) once returned to us, less shipping and any return fees.

7) Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building security.
  2. Wait 24 hours for potential late scans.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  4. Email us at cs@foundoshop.com with your order number, tracking link, and photos (for damage).

Lost/stolen parcels marked “delivered” are investigated case-by-case with the carrier. Where possible, we’ll assist with a claim and offer a resolution (replacement or credit) at our discretion.

8) Pre-Orders, Back-Orders & Split Shipments

  • Pre-orders/back-orders: We ship when all items are available unless you choose to split at checkout.
  • Split shipments: We may ship items separately to get your products to you faster at no extra cost.

9) Warm-Weather & Product Care

  • Our formulas are stable, but heat can soften textures (e.g., balms). If your package was exposed to heat, allow products to rest at room temperature before opening. This does not affect efficacy.

10) Sustainable Packaging

  • We use recyclable mailers/boxes and minimal plastic where possible. Please recycle according to your local guidelines.

11) Shipping Restrictions

  • We comply with carrier & country regulations for cosmetics.
  • Certain ingredients or volumes (e.g., high-alcohol content mists) may be restricted in some regions—these items won’t appear at checkout for restricted destinations.
